Terms & Conditions:

  1. TRCC is the primary venue of the conference.
  2. Allocation and Allotment of Rooms will be on First Come First Serve Basis.
  3. TRCC and CDG are adjacent to each other. Inter-hotel transfers will be provided.
  4. IPA Members should ensure all outstanding membership dues are paid before registration.
  5. Registration fees include: Two Nights Hotel Stay / Conference / Breakfast / Lunch / Cocktails / Dinner & Entertainment Programs. Fees do not include expenses of personal nature, tips, shopping, laundry, phone calls, room services, mini bar expenses etc. These charges are to be settled directly with the hotel before check out.
  6. Non-Resident Delegates are entitled to all meals except breakfast.
  7. Early Bird Discount valid upto 15th November 2022.
  8. Last date of Registration will be 15th December 2022. No Spot registration will be available at the venue or after the last date of registration.
  9. Children below 6 years of age are accommodated free and children between 6 and 12 years of age must be registered and an extra bed is considered for them.
  10. Hotel check in time is 3 pm & check out time is 12 noon.
  11. Please carry & provide an identity proof at the time of Check-In / Online-Registration.
  12. Package rates are subject to change without prior notice in case of change in Government levies.
